论公共政策执行再决策

政策并非无条件地永恒不变。由于政策环境任务和目标的变化、人们认识的深化及政策偏差和负作用的产生，在公共政策执行过程中及执行任务完成后，需要根据信息反馈对原政策方案作必要的补充或修正，即公共政策执行再决策，因此，公共政策执行再决策具有多方面的作用和意义。公共政策执行再决策不是任意的，它必须遵循一定的原则，才能保证它的及时性、民主性、科学性和高效性。
