略论我国少数民族文化权利的保护

少数民族文化权利是少数民族人权的基本内容之一,有着特定的内涵和丰富的外延。对少数民族文化权利的保护,有多种多样的价值。党和国家十分重视少数民族文化权利的保护,采取了各种措施,取得了一定的成就,但仍存在一定的问题。为了使少数民族文化权利得到切实有效的保护,必须从制度等各个方面进行全方位的保护,加强与国际社会在保护少数民族文化权利方面的合作与交流。

A Preliminary Study of the Protection on Our Country's Culture Rights of Ethnic Groups

The cultural rights of minorities are one of the basic contents of the minority nationalities' human rights,which has its specific connotation and abundant denotation.There would be various kinds of value in terms of the protection of their cultural rights.Our Party and Government pay great attention to the ethnic groups' protection and have adopted diversified ways and achieved certain degree,however there still are some problems.Thus to protect the cultural rights of minorities effectively,we must undertake overall protection from every aspects such as strengthen the cooperation and exchange with international society in aspect of protecting the cultural rights of minority nationalities.
