| 摘 要： | 国际工程承包是一项风险性很大的活动,主要存在社会风险、经济风险、技术风险和管理风险四个方面的风险因素。在工程承包过程中,这些风险因素都可能给工程进度、费用、质量的控制造成极大影响。采用模糊评价法对工程承包风险进行评价,能较好地解决对工程承包风险中各种模糊性因素的度量。

| Abstract: | There are big risks in the international project contraction, including social risk, economic risk, technological risk and administrative risk. In the process of contracting,these risks will produce a great influence on the project progress,its cost and quality control.The method of fuzzy evaluation is used to evaluate the project risks in order to solve the extent of fuzzy factors of contracting risks. |
