| 摘 要： | 萧绰是中国北方少数民族历史上一位杰出的女政治家。论述了她在辅佐景宗、圣宗及亲政期间进行的一系列改革:选拔人才,善于用人;息民薄赋;发展生产;依法治国,整顿吏治;整饬军队,与宋议和;推崇儒学,收到了显著的成效。

| Abstract: | Xiao Chuo,was an outstanding woman politician in our nothern minority nationality.The article exposed a series of innovation in assisting Jingzong and Shengzong Emperors and ruling the country that she made,such as selecting and making proper use of talented people,reducing taxation,developing production,administering the country according to the law,strengthening army and praising Confucianism highly and obvious results were obtained. |
