| 摘 要： | 信息化教育作为目前电化教育的最高阶段,其重要目标就是培养和提高人们信息素养。白城市作为吉林西部欠发达地区,大力发展信息化教育对于提升区域人力资本,保证新型工业化的顺利实施,促进区域经济可持续发展有着重要的意义。本文主要分析了新型工业化的内涵及信息时代人力资本的特点,并提出了发展信息化教育、提升人力资本的思路。
