Grasping the opportunities "re-invigorate enterprises for province prosperity and her people happiness"; optimizing the market operation of green food; establishing a security system--these are of great importance for Heilongjiang to push green food industry forward and transform from an agriculture-based province into an agriculture-dominated one. |
