| 摘 要： | 劳动力移民对于男性和女性来说是不同的经历过程.本文分析中国农村女性劳动力移民的特点,为迁移过程进行性别方面的理解.分析表明,农村女性劳动力向城市转移的城镇化过程中存在地域性歧视、职业高度同质化、收入回报率低、暂时性与过渡性等特征.

| Abstract: | The movement of labor is a different experience for men and women. The article analyzes the characteristics of Chi- nese rural female labor migrants and interprets the gender dimension of the migration process. The analysis shows that geographic discrimination, high occupational concentration, low rate of return in income, temporality and transitivity are evident in the ur- banization process when rural female labor migrants to the cities. |
