摘    要:文章在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,分析了影响知识密集型服务业创新能力的因素,并据此提炼出关键性的影响要素,运用层次分析法和专家意见法构建了知识密集型服务企业创新能力的评价指标体系。基于评价指标具有一定的模糊性和难以量化的特点,利用模糊层次评判模型构建企业创新能力的评价模型。最后选取浙江典型的知识密集型服务企业实例进行实证分析,进一步来验证该评价模型在实际企业创新能力评价中的有效性。

Abstract:This article sums up the relevant literature at home and abroad and analyzes the influencing factors which affect the innovation capability of knowledge intensive service enterprises. Moreover, it extracts the key influencing factors and constructs the evaluate index system of innovation capability on knowledge intensive service enterprises by the AHP and Delphi method. Then, the article constructs the innovation capability evaluation model based on AHP - Fuzzy evaluation method since evaluation index is vague and non - quantifiable. At last, the article selects a typical example of knowledge intensive service enterprises in Zhejiang for empirical analysis to validate the feasibility of this model.
