| Abstract: | The socialist system with Chinese characteristics, formed by the combination of Marxism with the reality of contempo- rary China, is national and goes with the times as well. Its epochal features just reflect its times characteristics, mainly in the following four aspects of keeping pace with the times, innovation, openness, and development. |
