| 摘 要： | 党的十八大报告明确提出“稳步推进大部门制改革”以后，2013年我国正式启动新一轮的大部制改革。2008年以来我国大部制改革取得了一定的成效，面临一些问题，本文提出了要以职能整合为核心，注意行政效率提高和加强监督机制建设，稳步推进新一轮大部制改革。

| Abstract: | Since the Report to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China making clear the steady progress in sector reform, China has officially launched a new round of sector reform in 2013. Most of the reform in China since 2008 has made certain achievements but there remain some problems. Therefore, this article proposes that the new round of reform should focus on integration of sector functions, highlighting the improvement of administrative efficiency and reinforcing monitoring mechanism. |
