摘    要:目前教师教育的方向已从外显教学行为的养成转变为探索如何培养教师积极正面的教师信念,而疏离实践是目前我国师范生教师信念培养“效果不彰”的主要原因。自国家免费师范教育政策实施以来,免费师范生作为一个相对特殊的群体也越来越受到人们的关注。因此,探讨如何在实践场域提升与发展免费师范生的教师信念有其必要性。

Abstract:At present, teacher education in China has transformed from the training of explicit teaching behavior to exploring how to train teachers' positive beliefs, but alienation from practice causes the cultivation ineffective. Since the implementation of the state policy of free normal education, free normal students as a special group have received more and more attention. There-fore, it is of great necessity to explore how to promote and develop free normal students' teacher beliefs via practice field.
