| 摘 要： | 以企业与战略的解构层面为切入点,对企业战略观的演进过程进行具体分析,提出了基于智力资本的战略理论,即企业及其竞争优势是建立在企业所拥有的独特的智力资本及其在特定的竞争环境中配置智力资本以及互补性商业资产的方式的基础之上的。并据此对企业战略做出了一个更具普遍适用性的定义,进而提出基于智力资本的战略研究框架和战略制定方法。

| Abstract: | The article takes the analysis level of enterprise and strategy as the starting point of research.Concrete analysis of the evolution of enterprise strategy concept has been carried on.Then,the strategy theory based on intellectual capital is put forward: enterprises and their competitive advantages are formed on the special intellectual capital they own and the way that intellectual capital and repairable business assets have been collocated in especially competitive environment.A more adaptive definition of enterprise strategy has been given accordingly.Strategy research frame and establishing method have been proposed. |
