| Abstract: | Various factors, such as political, economical, cultural, ethnic and so on, can influence the governmental diplomacy of a country. The nature of the state determines its diplomatic content and direction, the political system affects its diplomatic nature, the political parties are master of the situations, the international politics poses a great influence and so do the public opinions whose power is ever increasing and can never afford to be ignored. |
