| 摘 要： | 苗族古歌作为苗族音乐的重要组成部分,蕴含着深刻、丰富的伦理思想。苗族古歌中的正义观主要集中在三个方面:苗族正义观的本源:"要和皇帝分管地盘";苗族正义观的内容:"论理会维护正义和公正";苗族正义观的实质:"同一性正义"。苗族正义观对追求宗族村落内个体间的平等与宗族村落之间、民族之间的平等作用积极。

| Abstract: | As an important part of music,the Miao nationality's ancient songs contain a wealth of ethics.Their justice focuses on three aspects: the origin of their justice concept: in charge of the site to the emperor;the content:reasoning will uphold justice and fairness;the essence: the identity of justice.This oncept of justice plays an active role in the equality among the Miao individuals within villages,villages,clans and ethnic groups. |
