论公平的主要指涉领域

公平的指涉领域很多：从横向视角看，公平可分为经济公平、政治公平和社会公平；从哲学视角看，公平可分为道德公平和伦理公平；从功能视角看，公平可分为事实公平、做法公平和制度公平；从实质和核心视角看，公平可分为权利公平和机会公平；从过程视角看，公平可分为起点公平、过程公平和结果公平；从目的和手段视角看，公平可分为实质公平和程序公平；从可持续发展视角看，公平又是代际公平。从抽象意义上对公平所指涉的上述七个领域展开分类考察并归纳出相应的结论，有利于深化对公平本质的认识，也便于我们对公平理论形成一个比较清晰化的理性思考路径。

The Main Referring Fields of Fairness

This paper aims at exploring seven referring fields of fairness so as to deepen the understanding of its nature and find out a rational route to the formation of fairness theories. Diachronically, it can be divided into economic, political and social fairness; moral and ethnical fairness will be viewed philosophically; fairness in facing the truth, fair conduct and systems embodies its social functions; fairness of right and opportunity are its nature and core; fairness from the starting-point to the outcome will safeguard a fair process while substantive fairness and procedure fairness ensure its goal and means; finally, fair attachment depends on a sustainable development of fairness.
