寒地冰雪景观的继承性研究——以哈尔滨冰雪大世界公园规划为例

中国是世界上最大的寒地发展中国家，哈尔滨是中国最北部的寒地特大中心城市，世界三大冰城之一。在尊重和保护地域文化特色基础上，发扬冬季冰雪景色的独有魅力，提高环境四季的宜人度与吸引力，建立与寒地自然作用力保持一致的城市科学、全面、可持续发展模式。通过以冬季核心景观哈尔滨冰雪大世界公园为例，从景观学、生态学、艺术学的角度出发，指出园区规划现存的弊端并研拟对策。最后，依据沿江生态原则提出规划构想，克服由于传统观念和自然条件等不利因素的制约，力求达到科学利用四季分明的季节特色，传承地域文化和冰雪文化，继承并营造新型夏季避暑圣地，形成人与自然和谐相处、四季景致有连有分的新面貌，进而激活内在的旅游潜力，带动城市更好更快发展。

An Inheritance Research on Ice and Snow Landscape in Cold Regions:A Case Study of the Planning of Harbin Ice and Snow World

As one of the largest ice cities in the world, Harbin is the central city in the cold regions of far North China. It develops a scientific, comprehensive, and sustaining mode in harmony with natural characteristics of oold regions. While for protecting local cultural features, the city tries to promote the beauty of ice and snow as well as the seasonal agreeableness and attractiveness. This article points out some malpractices of the current planning and the corresponding solving strategies under the guidance of landscape architecture, ecology and art theory based on the specific case of Harbin Ice and Snow World. The author also presents a planning concept which breaks the constraints brought by cultural stereotype and natural disadvantages and still follows the riverside ecological principles to give full play to the seasonal characteristics, local culture and ice and snow inheritance. Meantime, a new mode of summer resort is created to demonstrate a new look of harmony between men and nature, thus stimulating the tourist industry for better development of the city.
