| 摘 要： | 丰富的自然资源是经济发展的基础,它为我国的经济发展创造了得天独厚的条件,但单纯依靠丰富的自然资源将会形成经济的劣势,因此要合理地开发自然资源,尤其是在西部大开发中,我们不能以牺牲生态环境作代价,应加大环境保护力度,实现经济与环境的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | There is no doubt that abundant resources are the bases of the economic development, which supplies our economic development with a good environment favored particularly by nature. However, depending only on abundant resources will cause many side-effects. This essay will state the side effects exposed in this kind of economy and then put forward ways to exploit the natural resources rationally. Especially in the progress of Opening Up the Great West in China, we should not sacrifice ecological environment as the cast to develop our economy,but strengthen our environmental protection to realize the sustainable development of economy and environment. |
