| 摘 要： | 现代战争和暴风雪对国民经济的破坏有着相似的特点。在抗击暴风雪的过程中，政府采取了一系列的紧急动员措施，恢复因暴风雪中断的供电、供水和交通系统，积累了宝贵的应急动员经验。文章通过对现代战争和暴风雪对国民经济破坏的对比分析，论述了抗击暴风雪对做好我国国民经济动员的启示。

| Abstract: | The shock from the snowstorm and modern war shares many similarities.During the fighting against the snowstorm,the government accumulates precious mobilization experience of emergent response by carrying out emergent mobilization measures for power and water supply restoration and traffic system recovery.Based on the comparative analysis of shock from the snowstorm and modern war,this article demonstrates the inspiration for national economic mobilization from the snowstorm resisting. |
