| 摘 要： | 将我国的宪政建设放置于社会主义新农村建设的大背景中,农民是很值得我们关注的权利主体。基于宪政的某些缺失,农民因身份使其无法成为真正平等的"公民",农民权利也无法平等地享受宪法、法律应当给予的充分保障。如何在宪政维度保障农民权利成为当前亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | We are building a constitutional government in the background of the construction of a new socilaist countryside,and peasants are the subject of right worth close attention.Owing to constitutional deficiency,the peasants have no way to become the really equal "citizens" because of dignity.They can't enjoy their basic rights and guarantee that the constitution and law offers.The peasants' right protection of the constitutional goeverment has become an urgent problem at present.. |
