| 摘 要： | 美国政府运用财政、货币、金融等手段对经济进行日益广泛深入的调控,一方面是由于现代市场经济发展的客观要求,另一方面是由于受凯恩斯主义理论的影响。对国民经济进行一系列行政干预的史实,已经表明美国政府构建了宏观调控经济的框架和体系。

| Abstract: | The American government's increasingly wide macro-adjustment and control of its economy by means of finance and currency are due to the needs of modern market economic development on the one hand and to the influence of Keynes' theory on the other hand.The fact of conducting a series of administrative adjustment on the national economy shows that the American government has established the frame and system of macro-adjustment and control of the economy. |
