| 摘 要： | 根据学生就业现实需求和教师能力现状分析,可将师范院校就业指导教师职业能力培养问题分解为三个子课题,并认为:在管理方面,应建立制度化培训考核体系进行职业能力培养综合管理;在专业方面,应以分类化发展的方式培养教师的专精能力;在实效方面,应以校内外密切合作的方式培养教师的实务能力。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of students demand and the present situation of teachers＇abili- ty, we could divide the problem of cultivating career guide faculty capacity into 3 parts, and the solu- tions are： setting up cultivation and evaluation institution to manage the issue; cultivating the special- ist capacity by professionalization; applying human resources outside the of university to develop the practical capacity. |
