教育领导的亲疏差序与社会公正压力悖论研究

摘    要:在中国文化里,儒家社会是一个“关系导向型”社会。教育领导通常以不同的交易法则和“关系”与不同的人交往。学校领导在处理事务时,按照亲疏差序原理遵循着儒家的内部伦理。如果公事公办,就违背了“爱有等差”规则,就会遭到指责,久而久之会被迫离开这个关系网。亲疏差序原理是一种有悖于社会公德的文化传统,我们要树立平等之爱。

Abstract:Wen Talking about Education embodies and expounds Wen Jia-bao's Teacher Education Thought. This broad and profound thought involves various categories of education, including the re- lationship between teacher and education, the teacher occupation requirements, normal education, ed- ucational reform, the construction of teaching body of primary schools and high schools, the main re- sponsibility of teachers in colleges and universities, etc. Wen's Teacher Education Thought is full of incisive viewpoints and distinctive characteristics, which is significant for the development of China's education.
