| 摘 要： | 校园文化是高校存在和发展的精神动力,合并高校的特殊性使其在校园文化建设中面临更大的挑战。加强物质文化建设、倡导以人为本的管理理念、重视校园精神文化建设是融合原有的校园文化,建设新的具有更高层次的、体现新学校办学理念的校园文化的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Campus culture is a spinitual force for the existence and development of colleges and universities. The particularity of merged colleges makes the constrution of campus culture face greater challenges. Strengthening the building of material dvilization, advocating a human resources-based notion,and attaching importance to the constrution of spiritual culture on campus are important ways to ensure a combination of the existing campus culture with a higher level campus culture of new ideas. |
