| 摘 要： | 随着公正与效率并举的司法观念的深入人心,民事简易程序的改革成为我国司法改革的重要组成部分。我国虽已在立法中规定了民事诉讼简易程序,但是现行民事简易程序仍存在若干问题应对其进行重构。
