| 摘 要： | 人身权和财产权是民法中两类基本权利。学界对于法人基于自身而产生的名誉、信用、形象等利益性质颇有争议。文章旨在通过对于法人人格权的客体法人的人格利益和无形财产权的客体也即无形资产的区分的角度来论证法人人格权的存在意义与价值。
