论新疆和田人的特殊性格之历史渊源

新疆和田维吾尔人既是维吾尔族的一部分,但也具有一些独特的方面.其祖先--塞人在大约公元前1000年自伊朗东迁至我国新疆和田地区之后,利用位于丝绸之路的有利条件,积极与周边各个民族,尤其是中原汉民族相互学习交流,创造了古老的于阗文化.虽然其种族在喀喇汗宗教战争中失利之后,渐渐与西迁新疆的维吾尔族融为一体,其本土文化也遭到了沉重打击,但其特有的文化心理特征并没有消失殆尽,在长期的历史进程中以特有的形式继续存在并延续至今,演变成为今日所谓的"和田人的特殊性格".

Discussion on the Historical Source of Hotan People's Special Character

The Hotan people,part of Uyghur nationality,have their special aspects.The Sak people,the Hotan people's ancestors,moving from Iran to Hotan area of XinJiang Uyghur Autonomous Region about the year 1000 B.C,had cultural exchanges with the people of different minorities,in particular,Han nationality and created old Hotan culture by depending on the advantaged of being situated on the Silk Road.In spite of their defeat in the religious Karakhan war,The Sak people,integrating themselves with the people of Uyghur nationality moving to XinJiang Uyghur Autonomous Region,still keep their special culture and character intact.
