| 摘 要： | 国务院2003年颁布了<婚姻登记条例>,将强制婚检改为了自愚婚检,而黑龙江省修改的<黑龙江省母婴保健条例>恢复了强制婚检.婚检该强制还是自愿,已成为人们争论的热点.回顾我国婚检制度的发展历程,笔者认为应恢复强制婚检制度.
