和谐社会下的农村信息供求体系的建构——基于对湘西北农村媒介信息需求与满足的调查

当前建设社会主义新农村与和谐社会时局,大众媒介本身的历史使命以及城乡二元结构体制等三方面的现实决定了农村信息供求体系建构的必要性。而具体建设途径有三条:一,均衡媒介资源分布与配置,构建传播渠道、手段的多元化格局;二,兼顾效益平衡原则与媒介多功能的发挥,以满足多元化需求;三,构建“政府媒介受众”关系和谐的农村信息供求体系。

CONSTRUCTING THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND SYSTEM OF COUNTRYSIDE INFORMATION UNDER HARMONIOUS SOCIETY: Based on the Survey on Need and Satisfaction of Medium Information in Northwest Part of Hunan Countryside

It is necessary to construct the supply and demand system of countryside information because of the new mission of mass media itself and countrysides. However, there are three ways to realize this project: 1.balancing the distribution of madie sources, constructing a diversified structure on channels and ways of transmission; 2. paying attention to the balance principle of benefits and muti-functions of media; 3. constructing the supply and demand system of countryside which is under the harmonious relationship between the government media and audiences.
