| 摘 要： | 大学生就业指导中,思想政治教育和心理辅导以其特有的功能发挥着巨大的作用,本文从研究目前大学毕业生就业现状入手,探索如何加强大学生就业教育,使大学生在择业时树立正确的价值观、人生观,并处理好就业时存在的各种心理问题。
