| 摘 要： | 政党执政的合法性,关系到政治制度的合法性及国家和社会的和谐与稳定,倍受现代社会的关注.从政治合法性角度讨论了中国共产党在新时期应加强其执政能力建设,从而巩固其执政合法性地位,保持政治制度合法性,防止和克服存在的合法性危机,维护政治稳定.
