| Abstract: | China's capital external opening has become the general trend of times as our economic internationalization increasingly in the circumstance of economic globalization. Facing the challenges in the process of capital external opening, China takes a basic measure to strengthen the systematic construction of financial market, financial institutions, monitoring system, and modulation structure, in order to strengthen the financial functions to release and dissolve financial risks. |
