| Abstract: | The United Kingdom,a country adopting the Torrens System in real estate registration,has its own Land Registration Acts.The paper detailed the British real estate registration system and explored the reasons for the formation from the angle of the civil and administrative law,aiming to improve the real estate registration system in China. |
