| 摘 要： | 女性人力资源开发和利用是滨海新区开发开放的重要保证,在滨海新区经济发展中占有重要的战略地位。从社会性别视角分析了滨海新区开发开放中的女性人力资源开发和利用的重要性,探讨了影响女性人力资源开发的传统社会性别因素,提出了在滨海新区建设中开发女性人力资源的主要途径和对策。

| Abstract: | The development of female human resources plays a strategic role in Binhai New Area construction.This paper analyzes the importance of female human resources development in Binhai New Area in gender perspective,examines gender stereotypes that influence female human resources development,and proposes some suggestions for reinforcing female human resources exploitation to accelerate the development and openning of Binhai New Area. |
