| 摘 要： | 个体主义伦理观与集体主义伦理观相对,它是西方除中世纪以外的一直占主导地位的伦理观,从古希腊到当代,不乏代表人物。个体主义伦理观为权利观念的生成和权利制度的形成起到了重要的作用,也对权利的发展起到一些负面影响。倡导法治,我们必须充分认识个体主义伦理观的合理性,才能够为权利的发展提供更为广阔的空间。

| Abstract: | Opposite to collective ethic, individualistic ethic has always been the predominant ethic in the West except in the Middle Ages, With important representatives from ancient Greece down to the present time, individualistic ethic has played an important role in the formation of the view of right and the establishment of the system of right, Also it has had some negative influence on the development of fights, As we are advocating the rule of law today in China, we must fully realize the rationality of individualistic ethic before we could expand the development of fights, |
