| 摘 要： | “发展成果由人民共享”是中国特色社会主义的本质属性和核心命题，对于贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。坚持“发展成果由人民共享”必须正确理解其深刻内涵，以全体人民共同建设为前提，以实现又好又快发展为基础，处理好若干关系，建立健全发展成果共享机制。

| Abstract: | It is the attribute and core proposition of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics that ＂the fruit of social progress should be shared by the people＂, which is of great theoretical and practical importance for implementing the strategy of scientific development and constructing the harmonious society. The proposition must presuppose the common effort of all people, must be based on the decent and rapid development, and must rely on a sound fruit-sharing system. |
