| 摘 要： | 扬州学派的人文精神特征主要表现在以下几个方面：提出“以礼代理”的修身治国之道；提倡仁爱、“絮矩”和“改过迁善”的理想人格；主张变通、发展和创新，积极进取，不断追求，实现人生价值。扬州学派的人文精神在当代具有一定的积极意义，值得借鉴。
