| 摘 要： | 随着我国以辽宁为试点的新养老保险制度的推进 ,国家筹集的全国社会保障基金、企业年金以及个人账户的市场化投资运营成为新养老保险制度改革的关键所在。从投资的意义、原则以及有效投资的内部条件和外部环境等方面探讨养老保险基金如何实现有效投资。

| Abstract: | Along with Liaoning being used as an experimental unit,the new system of endowment insurance is carried out.The marketing of the state-collected fund of social ensurance,the enterprise annuity and the private bank account is the key to the reform of the new endowment insurance system.From the angles of investment meaning,investment principle,the inner and outer environments of efficient investments,how to realize efficient investment of the endowment insurance is discussed. |
