| 摘 要： | "科学创新"是包括科学认识、科学发现以及科学应用在内的从整体上描述科学活动过程的概念。科学创新与技术创新的区别在于,科学创新是认识创新与实践创新的统一,技术创新专属于实践创新。科学创新与科学发现的区别在于,科学创新着眼于科学的创造性活动,科学发现意旨遵循固有的逻辑推理规则,揭示出客观事物中既有的规律。把创新概念引入科学哲学论域,其认识论意义在于凸现了主体在科学活动中的地位,从根本上改变了科学发现论的研究立场。

| Abstract: | Scientific innovation is the concept describing the whole scientific activity process including scientific realization,scientific discovery and scientific application.Science innovation differs from technological innovation in activity nature,the former is the unity of realization and practice innovation,the latter belongs to practice innovation.Because of different perspectives,scientific innovation which focuses on the scientific creative activity and scientific discovery which maintained following the stereotyped logical reasoning rules and revealing the laws of objective fats are quite different from each other.In terms of the innovation concept which is introduced into the scientific phylosophy,the significance of epistemology stressed the subject status in scientific activity,which changed the research stand of scientific discovery fundamenthlly. |
