论高校校报总编的多元思维

由于高校校报的特殊性，其总编的编辑思维应不同于地方报总编的编辑思维。地方报总编以管理和新闻思维为主，而高校校报总编则应作多视角思维，如新闻思维、教育思维、文化思维等。校报总编的编辑思维中只有新闻、教育、文化等多元并重，才能充分发挥校报的多重功能，弥补校报的一些“先天不足”，把校报办成具有高校特色的报纸。
