| 摘 要： | 阐明了会计档案的特点及作用。指出了目前财务部门在会计档案管理工作中存在的主要问题。提出了改进会计档案管理工作的措施:制定会计档案管理制度,做好会计档案的装订立卷,健全会计档案借阅办法,做好会计档案的移交、鉴定、销毁以及利用网络技术实行会计档案的管理工作。

| Abstract: | This article manifests the major problems that are committed in the management of accounting files of financial affairs department. It analyzes the reasons of the problems, puts forward measures of improving the management of the files. The measures mainly include making rules and regulations about management of accounting files, improving the conditions in which files are stored, well binding the files and handing over the files to the successor in a safer way. |
