| 摘 要： | 了解政府干预思想的演变史并理解其内在逻辑对我国社会主义市场经济建设具有重大意义。国家干预和经济自由主义两种经济思想的交织斗争和演变构成了西方市场经济理论发展的主线。社会主义市场经济的建设必须一切从实际出发、从国情出发 ,对各种经济理论进行扬弃。在我国当前的转型时期 ,政府干预这只“手”必须加强并发挥作用

| Abstract: | Knowing about the evolution of the thought of government intervention may contribute greatly to the construction of our socialist market economy.The two concepts of government intervetion and free economy fighting each other and developing constantly form the main stream of western market economic theory.The development of economic theory is not only geared to the economic practice and the progress of productivity,but also works for them.Economic subjects have a self adjusted logic developing process.All kinds of economic theory come to be synthesyzed.Conclusion: The construction of our market economy should start from the reality of our country.As our country is in the process of turning from a planned economy to a market economy,the “hand” of government intervention should be strengthened. |
