| 摘 要： | 本文主要是研究福尔斯的《法国中尉的女人》中的男主人公查尔斯对本真欲望的追寻。通过分析查尔斯对自我的认知、在自我的认知过程中所遭遇的一系列冲突和最终他对自我、对社会的超越来探讨他对本真欲望的追寻。
