| Abstract: | The transformation of teachers colleges in their orientations,functions,etc.,has caused a series of problems to their teacher development work.Whether the work can satisfy the needs of the transformation is key to the development of teachers colleges.It is therefore an important program for administrators of such colleges to change their minds and take necessary measures,so as to form a contingent of teaching personnel that is of sufficient number,high quality,and perfect structure. |
