| 摘 要： | 针对近代历史建筑保护方法及技术体系存在诸多缺陷的现实状况，在分析历史建筑保护导则的构成要素基础上，建立历史建筑保护导则体系。对保护设计导则及保护设计的关系进行了理论上的论述，形成了保护设计导则的框架和内容。对保护技术方法进行具体的研究，在实现从要素到体系分析转换的同时，完成历史建筑保护设计导则的研究。 |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the defects existing in the contemporary methods and technology system of historic building＇s conservation, a historical preservation guidelines system was established based on analysis of the constituent elements for the protection the historical building guidelines of. And the protection design guidelines and the relationship between protecteon and design was theoretically discussed, forming the framework and content of protection design guidelines. Moreover, the technology and methods to carry out protection were researched, fulfilling the research on the guidelines for historic building conservation with conversion from elements analysis to system analvsis. |
