贯彻"三个代表"思想,正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系

贯彻江泽民“三个代表”的思想 ,是中国共产党在日益复杂的国内外环境中履行执政职能 ,制定各项政策的关键。要贯彻“三个代表”的思想 ,必须正确处理改革 ,发展、稳定三者之间的关系。改革是发展的动力 ,稳定是改革和发展的必不可少的前提条件。改革开放 2 0年来 ,中国人民的经济生活、社会生活、思想观念等各方面都发生了重大的变化 ,在此基础上 ,为了更好地适应我国经济和社会发展的要求 ,为了解决中国人民经济和社会生活中存在的矛盾和问题 ,江泽民提出了“三个代表”的思想。因此 ,“三个代表”思想与改革、发展、稳定之间有必然的关系。

Carrying ‘Three Representations' and Maintaining a Proper Balance of Reform, Development and Stability

It is a key for CPC to conduct its administration, and make policies in increasingly complicated national and international situations. The key to carry out 'Three Representations' is to maintain a proper balance of reform, development and stability. Reform helps drive development, stability is an indispensable pre requisite for reform and development. After more than 20 years of reform and opening, great changes have taken placed in China in the fields of economy, social life, and outlook; to meet the needs of such changes, president Jiang Zemin put forward 'Three Representations'. It is closely connected with the relationship of reform, development and stability.
