| Abstract: | There are many problems about the subjects of community regulation.The patterns of subjective relation some academicians have put forward have deficiencies.The regulation should embay the relationship between the residents' committee,the owners' committee and realty management enterprise to build,and enforce every subject of community regulation,so that the harmonious relationship will shape. |
