| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the types of Internet Bank and its recent development, and illustrates the three phases of E-Bank's development : information dissemination ,online transaction and comprehensive financial service, moreover, further analyzes the challenge to traditional due to from the emergence of i-bank and the old banks' strategic responses. In the end, it discusses several problems in developing online banks: cost, brand, service, management policy , profitability and development strategy. |
