摘    要:特许经营作为一种经营模式,凭借其在降低经营风险、冲破地区壁垒、迅速扩张规模等方面具有的优势,受到国内外企业的青睐。但由于国内的特许经营起步较晚、发展较快,尚有不少有待解决的问题。因此,应从政府的宏现策略和企业的微现策略两方面入手,改善特许经营环境。

Abstract:Franchising is a widely adopted management pattern for its advantages in reducing management risks and removing regional barriers. However, franchising in China is still at its beginning stage and there are some problems in this field. This paper suggests that government should improve the environment of franchising in the perspective of government's macro-tactics and enterprises' micro-tactics.
