真菌多糖抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘    要:真菌多糖是指那些真菌中水解时产生20个以上单糖分子的糖类。近年来,它的药效作用成为了中外学者关注的热点,其抗肿瘤作用显著,毒性小。本文对灵芝多糖、香菇多糖、姬松茸多糖等几种常见多糖的抗肿瘤活性及作用机制进行了综述。

Abstract:Fungal polysaccharides are those produced by fungi in the hydrolysis of more than 20 single-sugar molecules of sugar.Rencently, its medicinal effect is the hot spots what are concerned by Chinese and foreign scholars.What's more, it has significant anti-tumor effects and little toxicity.In this paper, anti-tumor activity and mechanism of several common polysaccharides, such as Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, Lentinan, Garicus blazeiMurrill Polysaccharides,are summarized.
