| 摘 要： | 潜伏在我国新疆地区和中亚国家的"东突"恐怖势力已成为新疆地区稳定和中亚国家安全的一大隐患.本文指出了我国新疆及中亚国家在地缘政治格局中的重要作用,论述了政治平衡机制中的"东突"问题,分析了境内外"东突"恐怖势力对地缘政治格局资源配置的阻碍,阐述了其对地缘政治格局平衡中输入与输出关系的破坏.

| Abstract: | The "East Turkistan" terrorists' powers,which ambush in Xinjiang in China and central Asian nations,have become a great hidden danger to the stability of Xinjiang and the national security of the countries in central Asia.This article points out the important role of geopolitics layout in Xinjiang and Central Asian nations,discusses the "East Turkistan" problem of political balance mechanism,analyzes the hindrance of "East Turkistan" terrorists' powers at home and broad to the allocation of resources of geopolitics layout and explains its destruction to the relationship of input-output in geopolitics layout balance. |
